software company, she looks after the needs and concerns of the expatriates and
is responsible for work place diversity. Recently she has been hearing a lot of
concerns raised by them in terms of not-able to adjust to new place,
discrimination etc. List down other barriers which are faced in creating and

3. Karoye is a multinational
company dealing with FMCG. Recently in their India location the national head
left the organization. Now they are planning to fill the vacancy by
transferring Mr. Takayuki who is the head of their Japan location to India.
Many top executives did not agree to this move and not supported Mr. Takayuki
in his work. He is finding it difficult to implement his decisions. Based on
